How Does Billing Work?

Your service fee is handled automatically through our subscription model. You choose either a 6-month or 12-month term, and billing runs monthly for the duration of your contract.

How Does 12-Month Prepaid Work?

12-month prepaid gives you the option to pay for an entire year of services at 20% off the original service price. After completing checkout, you'll be taken to the order confirmation page where you'll receive wire transfer instructions for payment. We provide separate banking details for CAD and USD transfers. No charge will be processed to your card unless you specifically choose to pay by debit or credit card.

What If I Only Need SEO or Only Need PPC?

That's fine. During your onboarding call we figure out what you actually need. Some clients only need one or the other, some need both. Your package can be tailored accordingly. By default, our packages cover SEO services. If you want to add PPC, just check the "Rank Immediately with PPC" option in the pricing table above. We handle PPC onboarding separately because every campaign needs a customized strategy. Your SEO services begin right away while we build out the right PPC plan for your business.

Do You Offer Pricing in USD?

Yes. Our pricing table includes a USD conversion option for businesses in the United States looking for a Canadian-based marketing agency. You can toggle between CAD and USD directly on our website to see the rates in your preferred currency.

What's Your Refund and Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is structured to provide flexibility while accounting for resource allocation and project planning. Monthly contracts require 30 days written notice. Services continue during the 30-day notice period, and one full month's service fee cancellation penalty always applies. For 12-month prepaid contracts, there is no fee with 6+ months notice. With less than 6 months notice, a 10% early termination fee applies. Services continue during the notice period.

What Is the $199 Marketing Consultation?

Before any work begins, we conduct a deep-dive consultation into your business, market, competitors, and goals. This is where we assess what's working, what isn't, and map out exactly what needs to happen. The $199 covers our time for that process and is credited toward your first month of service when you choose to move forward.

What's the Difference Between the Onboarding Call and the Consultation?

The onboarding call is free, no commitment. It's a conversation where we learn about your business and you learn what we can do. The $199 consultation is the working session where we dig into your market, analyze competitors, and map out your strategy.

Do I Have to Talk to Someone Before Purchasing?

No. You can purchase a package directly and we'll schedule your consultation after. But most clients prefer to talk first so we can set up a consultation.
